Work Schedule

Thte Clinical manager works Monday through Friday, other hours as necessary.


The Clinical Manager oversees all clinical aspects of Adventist Home Assistance/Adventist Choice Nursing (AHA/ACN), quality management, and Certified Nursing Assistant education and supervision. This position must monitor and direct clinical operations in a fiscally responsible manner as well as fostering and maintaining positive customer relations in accordance with agency policies and procedures governing regulations. Principal duties include:

Supervises all field staff members to insure clinical compliance with RSA/NRSA regulations, policies and procedures.

Provides clinical orientation, in-services, training and education to the clinical staff (RN supervisors, RNs, LPNs and Certified Nurse Assistants).

Maintains and tracks all Quality Management related activities.

Demonstrates fiscal responsibility in managing the clinical departmental affairs.

Acquires, maintains, and shares good clinical knowledge base.

Provides good customer relations by maintaining good relations with physicians, patient’s primary referral facilities and other community resources.


Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

Master’s Degree in Nursing or evidence of post graduate learning in practice or administration


Maryland and DC licensure

Three years experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing

Two years home health experience

One year supervisory experience

Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
