The Selection Process
You will be contacted by one of our recruiters if you have been matched with an open position.
Most positions require screenings and assessments to determine fit and skill level prior to an interview.
If you proceed in the hiring process you will be selected for an in person interview. Following the interview the recruiter will contact you to guide you through next steps.
If you are extended a job offer, we will begin your background check which may include verifying: references, employment, education, credit status and criminal history.
The Job Offer
Our job offers are first made verbally and are verified through a follow-up email. Then, you will visit Human Resources to complete appropriate paperwork, drug screening, physical exam, immunizations and mandatory flu vaccine.
